Pressure on my arches, no more pain!

These are awesome! When I first put these on, I was confused because my left foot felt like there was beautiful padding/support and the one on my right foot felt like there was barely any padding there. (My right foot has terrible plantar fasciitis with pain that has lasted for several months). I switched the pads around to see if there was a difference and I concluded that I have a super high arch on my right foot hence the horrible lingering pain. Since it comes with multiple pairs, I added a pad on my right foot which made it feel like a dream. After a couple hours of wearing them, the pain that has been impossible to get rid have has substantially subsided!!! I am so happy to have this kind of relief. I enjoy running and that has put a damper on my life for awhile now, I can’t wait to start running again, and just walk again without pain. Definitely recommend giving this a shot.The only down side is that they slide off my feet easily if I’m barefoot so I need to at least wear socks with them but when I wear it with my slippers or shoes they stay in place perfect. They feel great in my shoes too. I also have small feet - women's 6.5, narrow foot, wide at the toes, super high arches.

Seemed to help within a couple of days!

I had developed pain in my arches especially my right foot. Along with heel pain when I first stepped out of bed, this seemed to be a symptom of plantar fasciitis. I had already bought new walking shoes but the pain was not lessening. I decided to try these arch supports as an inexpensive solution before trying any other remedies. I wore them all day for a couple of days, particularly inside my walking shoes when I took my dogs for walks. My feet feel notably better so I will continue using them to see if I can progress to no discomfort, and then use them as needed if symptoms return. I like that there were 3 sets in this order so I have some available while others are in the laundry. They fit my feet snugly but not tightly and stayed in place when I put socks over them (I wear size 7 women's shoes).

What a Relief!!!

I had surgery on both feet several years ago and have been using orthotics in my shoes. Since COVID, there hasn't been much shoe wearing, mostly slippers. I don't have to tell you, slippers are not supportive. The Fasciitis had gotten almost unbearable. As soon as I slipped these on my feet, the support was great without feeling restrictive.Normally after a couple of hours on my feet, I would have to rest them, only to find they were even more painful when I stood back up. The first night I used these my feet were already sore, so I was please to see the package had arrived. Like I said as soon as I put them on I could feel the support and the pain immediately eased. They work great with my slippers too without being bulky.
